« Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! »

« It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something!
As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!!
