Clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. The only downside is that no slope to pull heavy luggage up to the lobby. I'll give it 4.8/5.0

We have been here many time when we come back Viet Nam for our vacations. The best breakfast ever and location so great. We have good time in this hotel with friendly and helpful staff ..... Nothing to complain,.... hight recommended!

Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.
