"While we headed out before breakfast to get to Glacier. National Park, the time at the ranch was wonderful! "

"We very much enjoyed out stay at the Bates Motel. So nice to be able to walk down to our boat and pop out for a quick boat ride or fishing. Didn't happen a lot during our stay since we had a fair amount of cold and rain. Couple of items to note. When arriving you want to turn down the driveway marked 6150 and stay to the right past the big house to the boat house. If this was part of the instructions we missed it. Also the bunkroom is not accessible from the upstairs. You must go outside, down the steps and through the big doors to gain access. Not a huge deal for us since our group was older but we would have been disappointed if we had been staying with younger kids. Very peaceful since cell coverage does not work so have to unplug or use WIFI. :-) We were also able to watch the geese and goslings as well as daily fly overs from Herons. Just what the doctor ordered!"

"This property sets the standard by which all others should be judged for excellence. The cabin was wonderfully stocked with amenities for cooking or personal use. There was even a welcome basket for the dogs, and cozy beds for them to use. Silas and Alexis even had a fire set up for us in the pit by their pond. Lots of wildlife to see and horses to feed carrots to. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to the Livingston area!"

"Totally enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered our beautiful vacation home! Super clean and thoughtfully equipped - all the amenities you could ask for. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with two sinks, ice maker and enough plates to feed an army. Beds are comfy- living room great for visiting friends. The views from the deck are majestic ! Love Montana and this home just makes you want to return again and again. Thanks Joas & Pricilla for all your hard work."

"This beautiful home offers ample space for a dozen adults with numerous rooms and spaces. The lake and surrounding views made for an excellent backdrop for my son's wedding which was held at the property. There were dead flies along the window sills. Not just a few dead flies but hundreds of them. I communicated this to the property manager who apologized and said this was something that should not have been overlooked. Apology accepted. We used a vacuum and cleaned them up. She said it was a bad time of year for flies. Mouse droppings were found in utensil drawers and some kitchen cupboards. (There was even mouse droppings in the gears of the can opener). The property manager responded by saying that this was the first time hearing this concern. She said the pest control had been there the week before to do maintenance on the many rodent control devices throughout the property. I am certain that the pest control technicians don't inspect utensil drawers and kitchen cabinets for droppings. Mouse infestation is expected in a property like this. She even told us it's a bad time of year for flies. Given how the property manager knew these risks, it is disappointing that she didn't make sure the guest experience wouldn't be impacted by them. Hygiene risks should be at the top of the list of priorities. Be aware that they make it the guests' responsibility to remove their own trash. It is a 16 mile round trip to the transfer station. Important to know."
