"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were plenty of open spots, so it wasn’t a capacity issue. When I questioned it, the front desk suggested finding street parking and returning at 2 PM, not exactly helpful when thousands of people are flooding Newport. Just be aware of the timing, or you’ll be surprised by extra fees."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in an excellent location. The beach is across the street and their are restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Newport is just minutes away. The property is nice but can use some upgrades. Will definitely return!"

"Can't stress how nice this stay was- This property was spotlessly clean and well designed. The bedrooms are so identical it is hard to tell there are two of them from the ad but they are both lovely. The sitting/living area and the bathroom is exceptional and far better than even pictured. The host was responsive, super nice and made everything enjoyable. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly spacious with large, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our entire group. Bob thought of everything—the home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, in a great location, and the patio area with the fire pit was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely book here again!"
