Staff was wonderful room wasn’t ready because we arrived very early got a text about a hour later saying it was ready had free drinks in lobby room was beautiful very clean got a goodie bag will definitely use this hotel again brought some friends back to my room and they said ours was way better then theirs and will be coming here next time thank you for a very pleasant experience!!

We have stayed here 3 times. We love the location and it’s so quaint, from the sangria in the lobby to the rooftop deck. The only complaint I have is the couch and chairs in the room are not comfortable at all. In the evening, we watched a Christmas movie and really had wished it was comfortable, but that’s my only negative comment.

The hospitality was outstanding! The location was perfectly central to downtown with most spots on our itinerary just a quick walk away. Welcome gift on arrival and breakfast daily was such a special touch. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely return.

Primary front desk attendant was super friendly, professional and accommodating. Liked the complimentary sangria and espresso and welcome goodies. Bed and bedding very comfy. Bathroom needs an update. Overall very satisfied! The downstairs bathroom needed tidying and water cooler in gym was empty fyi

Everything was fantastic from check in to the comfy bed to an amazing, nutritious breakfast! We did wish there was more space in the bathroom (like a vanity or space around the sink) for our morning hygiene routine but that wouldn't keep us from staying here again. We were able to park and walk to Upper Thames Street for dinner and shopping which was lovely after a day in the car.
