"Not bad, but not the best either. The room was in serious need of updating. You know what I'm talking about - there was nothing so wrong that you needed to call the front desk and complain, but it was....kinda junky. Drawer pulls broken, lamps off kilter, shower head leaking, shower door not closing properly, scratches and paint chips on the wall. It was a "river view" room and had a nice view. Everything was clean and ready for us. Parking is stupid expensive. Staff was extra nice."

"This property is on the lake with terrific waterfront rooms and beautiful sunsets! It is located just off the QEW freeway so convenient to access but no shopping or dining options nearby other than the onsite restaurant which is pricey. The food was very good but service not so great and they do not serve breakfast. The hotel offers a very limited muffins, bagels & toast as a "continental breakfast" but do not expect much to select from and even the staff apologized for it without my saying anything. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful so I would stay here again!"

"The property is conveniently located off the major highway through the city, breakfast was fine (scrambled eggs, a protein, usually sausage patties, and the usual assortment of breakfast cereal, fruit, etc...), fitness center is just a few dumb bells and a cable machine.,there are classes in the pool so that limits availability."

"There was some kids sports tournament so the hallways were loud with excited kids. I asked the front staff to as the room Next door to quiet down cause there was a lot of excited kids in the room beside us. I will give credit, they front dealt with the issue and the noise level went down. The bathroom faucets are weird and it was hard to get a good warm temperature of water."
