The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Room was clean-ish, definitely needed sweeping, sticky counter and washer and dryer full as well as dishwasher- so I had to finish their work and finish making bed.
