Provided with dirty towels, room wasn't clean, bath had brown flakes in it and a scab. Bathroom had several bits of dirt and lack of a clean evident, with what looked like sick/poo remnants on the wall/tiles. Missing screws from fixings. Blinds broken. Bed wasn't cleaned the best either. Could hear everything going on around the hotel with doors constantly being slammed, which would start from 5/6am up until midnight. Hotel was contactless so couldn't speak to anyone about the issues, left feeling worse than I arrived and never wanting to stay again. Appalling value for the money. Took pictures to show friends because of how bad it was. Literally couldn't wait to leave
