"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. "The restaurant at this location is amazing. It fills up and gets quite busy. The food is great. Our hotel room had a foul odor. We think it was the chair in the room. The WIFI did not work in our room, we were on the 3rd floor. The area was quite dirty around the hotel as well. We did not enjoy staying there but we were gone all day so it was just a cheap place to sleep."
