« The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. »

« Hôtel de 10 chambres au pied des pentes de ski. Propre, calme et très bien entretenu. Deux jacuzzi disponibles à l’extérieur. Aires communes sympathiques. Monte charge pour les chambres du deuxième étage mais escalier nécessaire pour les chambres au troisième. Stationnement extérieur. Emplacement d’exception pour accès à la ville. »

« We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we’d happily stay here again! »

Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No...
