Just a 3-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, this 1,700+ sq ft modern-rustic condo offers unbeatable access to dining, shopping, and the gondola. Enjoy stunning mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept main floor perfect for gathering. After a day of adventure, unwind in the private en-suite dry sauna or soak in the jacuzzi tub. Cozy up on the oversized sectional, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, and sleep soundly on new mattresses with plush linens. Peaceful, stylish, and steps from it all—your perfect mountain escape. Bedrooms: The 2-story condo is over 1,700 sq. ft. and can comfortably sleep 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a workstation should you need to work from home (Herman Miller height -adjustable desk, Aeron Chair, and Dual Monitors) King size bed with an adjoining 4pc. bathroom, jacuzzi tub En-Suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, side table, closet, and views toward a green space. The third bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed and an additional futon. The TV is equipped with a Chromecast for streaming and a Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The room has a dresser and closet. The 2-story condo is fully accessible to our guests. The town is comprised of several small communities surrounded by green fields and rugged mountain terrain. One of the town’s most popular destinations is the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Also, being charged 50 for not returning a fob despite the fact that I returned it to the lock box as instructed and stated this repeatedly to the property manager who basically called me a liar, left me feeling robbed. The decor was very modern and the entire unit was well laid out and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the huge couch was perfect for all of us to watch movies and hangout. There was a good selection of books, board games and a huge tub of lego for the kiddos. The bunk bed room was a huge hit as was the video game console. The view of the runs at Blue was pretty special at night and it literally is a five minute walk to the village and the conditions were great for snowboarding. We didn’t need to drive thankfully as parking at Blue was insanely busy. Beds were comfy and the sauna was a great experience after boarding and before bed. The nights were very quiet, no noise from other units at all. We would definitely recommend this place and we will book again. Communication with the host Arnie was prompt and he was very helpful with any questions we had. We made some great memories as a family and can’t wait to do this again. The property was quite nice, although the bathtub in the main suite was still a little dirty and there was some food found on the floor of the living room. On our first night the neighbours below us were having a very loud party (no fault of our host, it’s just what can happen). After 9pm we called Blue Mountain Security, it seems like there were several complaints to the same unit. The party continued until after 2am, when I had to eventually call the OPP. This was a very rough start to our vacation. The party crew must have checked out the next day, because the rest of the week was quite peaceful and enjoyable. I appreciated how well stocked the unit was with utensils and appliances allowing us to cook meals onsite. The host also responded quickly to a question we had regarding securing the unit. The host was also quick to respond to questions we had leading up to our stay. This was our first time using VRBO, (and I was a little nervous about the process), therefore I appreciated the communication. The unit was close enough to the village so we could walk over to enjoy everything Blue Mountain had to offer, and it was nice to come back to a very comfortable suite afterwards. Thank you for making our first VRBO experience a positive one, we certainly enjoyed our time away. ##### David T. My wife and I took our daughter and her husband and daughter to this property for a week at the end of July 2023\. It is spacious, clean and in a great location. The condo is exactly as pictured, and is right across the street from the village, literally a 2-minute walk. We were able to take a break from our Play All Day activities and head back to the property for lunch - huge savings for a family of 7\. Wasaga Beach is also just 30 minutes away, making beach day possible for the trip! Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, which proved to be important as we ran into minor issues checking in and the fridge not working properly. He sent someone within the hour for a quick fix and all was well. We will definitely be returning again! ##### Robelissa M.
