While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests.
Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

Habitación limpia, cama y almohadas super cómodas, agua caliente, tamaño adecuado de la habitación. Recepcionista sumamente amable y nos ayudó con dudas que teníamos sobre los alrededores.

Our room had no window. Tv only worked at night and channels were aimed at children or game shows. No CNN, no international news.
No hair conditioner.
No wash clothes.
Bare bones room. It was roomy, but bare.
Breakfast buffet was expensive. One could not order just coffee and a roll.

"very nice place to stay.room and restroom are very spacious and clean.Great downtown location if you want to go explore the mercado is a must less than 5minutes away.Rooms are not sound proof you can hear other guest and the noise from the street overall is a nice place to stay."
