« We stayed at this hotel last year and it is definitely not a normal hotel. There is no iron, no ice machine, no breakfast, and no lobby restroom. We knew that this time and were prepared. We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. « Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. « Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site). « Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable. »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
