Easy beach walk to two lovely restaurant/bars that could also be accessed using the family-sized golf cart. Close to grocery stores and easily driveable to busier white sand beaches. Surfing at Tamarindo about a 30 minute drive. The concierge arranged surfing lessons with a great instructor.The house has high-end finishes and multiple seating areas that easily accommodated our family of 11, including 3 children under 4 years of age. All the bedrooms were spacious with ensuite washrooms. 4 faced the ocean. The pool was nicely designed with easy access. Kitchen was well equipped and the housekeeper, Julia, was wonderful. The host and concierge were very responsive to inquiries. All together a great place for a quiet family beach vacation. ##### Paula V. The house was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the location made everything easy. Being right on the beach was amazing, the kids loved swimming and paddle boarding, and there were plenty of beach toys to use. Honestly, the place was even better than the pictures.
