« One of the nastiest and worst motels I’ve stayed in. In along time »

« Ranks as one of my worst experiences at a hotel. Sheets were disgusting. Even had what appeared to be a wet spot. When I reported the issue to the person at the desk his response was, “and what do you want me to do.” I asked to have clean sheets. I returned that night and all the staff did was remake the bed with same nasty sheets. It took an email complaint to corporate. I finally got clean sheets late at night and staff only said yes we shouldn’t have put those on a bed. No compensation and...

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »

« Chambre très propre, matelas confortable. Petit dejeuner correct mais le commis était en retard ce qui fait que les oeufs n'étaient pas chauds »

« Staff was good, although I had to wait a bit at the desk as the front desk attendant was busy smoking… several times. Breakfast was ok, not the usual standard for choice hotels. It needs an update for sure but was just ok. »
