Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. Nopey and Sherlly were a delight to interact with and the service in the restaurant was top notch. The grounds are a serene place to relax and enjoy nature and the yoga shala is a great place to practice. My room was amazing. A spacious oasis overlooking the pool. I could see the sun come up from my room each morning. Butler service was a major plus. On the last day I got ill with a stomach bug and the butler went out of his way to get me a product I needed from the pharmacy and deliver tea to my room. "Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time.
Food was delicious.
Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys.
We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect.
You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to...

"The room was very clean. Staff lovely and attentive. Great location, walk to restaurants and Main Street. Beautiful little hotel right on the beach with a lovely quiet relaxing vibe. Paid for the best rooms around the pool which was well worth it. Rooms at back very basic and dark. Would defs stay again."

"Loved our private pool, friendly staff, massage at the spa, breakfast, views and access to drivers for outings. The gardens are gorgeous too. We had a family wedding here and the ballroom was perfect for this event. The resort was a perfect place for the family to gather, relax and celebrate. Beautiful"

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand.
