« Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

« These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again. »

« The AC didn’t circulate around the room. The fire alarm was beeping. There was a storm, the power went out and we couldn’t stay overnight. We had to leave the same night. »

This time I had a big problem and the staff was incompetent and willingly inept. I was staying in a room that had a walk-in shower and every time you took a shower it flooded. I told the girl at reception the next morning and asked for my room to be cleaned.
