It was a nice get away as the worker say they got so many housekeeper to clean all the room in the little bit of time till next check in room could have been alittle cleaner but besides that’s it was a fun get away

There was trash under the bed, some of the staff was nice. We went to the arcade over half the machines didn’t work. And just very under staff had to wait in a long line just to get checked in. Paid for the hotel but didn’t not come with water park pass so had to pay another 180 dollars on top of the room.

The staff was incredible and worked so hard. Madison tried so hard to get my room clean on Sunday. And Danny? (The snack shop guy) was incredible. So nice and kind. The kid guards were great! And my kids had a blast. But it was obvious the owners don’t care about them or the place. First deceiving guests about passes and how much they are when you book a room. But instead of fixing it they make these employees do their dirty work. Outlets in the room barely work. There was no “fun” at the water park. No music, the only reason I would comeback Is for the employees.
