Cool stay overall! space was comfortable, temperature was great, and the location worked well, though it is definitely a busy area. Door access/security was a little hit or miss at times, but communication was fabulous. Anytime I asked for something, the team did everything they could to help. My room and the elevators did smell like weed pretty consistently, but that’s not something I can really put on Kasa. I love all things Kasa and will absolutely continue experiencing their properties in different cities. Grateful for the stay, the hospitality.

I enjoyed the room and amenities during my recent stay at Kasa Cadillac Square Detroit. Communication with the team, mostly through text messages, was good. My biggest concern was the area around the building’s entrance, near the 7-Eleven next door. People frequently gathered there asking for money, and on a few occasions, I had to reach over someone lying on the ground to enter my access code. This made me uncomfortable and concerned about safely entering and leaving the building. I encourage management to work with neighboring businesses to address these conditions and keep the entrance clear and accessible. I appreciated the accommodations, but feeling safe coming and going is an important part of the guest experience.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have some trouble with the online check-in and getting an error cleared up, but luckily the property manager was on site and was able to help us. I had read other reviews mentioning the noise, and that was definitely accurate. The traffic outside is pretty loud and continued until around 3 a.m. It’s a busy area of the city, which is a tradeoff. The location is very convenient, with plenty of things within walking distance, but the traffic and street noise can be significant at night. Overall, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location made it easy to get around.

Location is easy walking distance to many locations or hop on the free People Mover two blocks away, or the free trolley or hop on a $2 bus. Perfect for those without a car. Full kichen and stackable laundry in the room. Sleeper sofa in LR and bedroom is a seperate room for privacy. I appreciated all the convenience and comfort.

The room was cute, with a nice view of the downtown. However, the bathroom was disgusting. Not only was there hair in the sink, but the toilet had pee on the lid and seat! Absolutely gross, not sure if they clean after every guest.
