"This is a Best Western property that is clean and does a great job of covering the basics. The rooms were clean, comfortable and aptly stocked. The breakfast buffet was good and included drinks, coffee, breakfast tacos, sandwiches, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal. Location was great with easy access to Austin tourist favorites. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids but the pool is not heated. We booked same day for less than $200/night for one night and would stay again if we needed a solid budget friendly place. "

"Well for one the system was done— I was on the cell phone, on speaker with the person helping me. Then was told it was only VALET PARKING $45 a night. I stayed one night but got charged for 2 nights, it was just a mess. The RR too it smelled like pee. "

"I was really surprised when I sat down for breakfast to see a sign for the first time that there was 12$ plus charge for breakfast. Every single hotel I have stayed at. Which is many have a complementary breakfast. This breakfast was not worth the money. I asked the front desk why is the sign not placed where you see if when coming from your room into the diner. She told me they get many complaints on that and she said she has suggested they move the sign where you do not see if AFTER you have your plate and have sat down. This is obviously a money making decision on the Hotel Managemnt. I will not return. I am a Hilton Honors member and cannot believe Hilton allows this. "

"Room was clear, friendly staff, great location. No issues other than I do think when ordering in room dining from the two restaurants, a wait time could be provided. Waited 1.5 hours for food and had to leave before it was delivered. No note that we were here or any follow-up. Paid $80. Hope someone enjoyed it. "
