« Small studio apartment/condo, unexpectedly well equipped for its size. Nice TV (watched men's and women's NCAA champ games), comfortable queen bed if a little small for tall or larger people, kitchenette with full fridge, stove, micro, etc. makes a very good alternative to eating every meal out. Location is a little north for most of the touristy activities (campus, downtown, Lady Bird Johnson Lake and the parks), but the drive was never bad. Only downside to the unit was the kitchen water...

« This host is a scammer. Gave wrong directions and then claimed to be double booked. Said we would be refunded but I had to open a fraudulent claim with VRBO while I was booking another hotel in such short notice. »

« The neighborhood is in the ghetto there was pot smoking , broken glass in the parking lot. We go there and had 3 chairs to sit on for 4 people to eat at the table only 1 remote for 3 TV 's no smoke alarms in the apartment they were all taken down , the sofa in the living room was on three legs and a cement block. The place needs to be sprayed for roaches, the security lock on the front door was off I took pictures of every and showed the maintenance man With that being said the maintenance guy...

« Not only did they accommodate our last minute reservation…communication was great; fast and detailed. Location was very convenient . It is close to soo many places to eat, coffee shops, wineries, and dessert. You can walk and not have to worry about parking in the town square when it gets busy. »

« Booked this location and initially had no problems. Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location »

« Great spot, fairly central to a lot of must visit places. Love that the hosts take the time to outline places to check out nearby the space in their info booklet, and the rooms are comfy and clean. Communication was thorough and they made checkout a breeze! »

« Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because...

« This house was excellent. Very very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. No issues with booking or check in. It is convenient to the square and Sun City. Good communication from host. Recommended for travel to GTown if you need a home base. »
