Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people.
