When there was a mix up about the parking garage, a staff member at the front reimbursed my parking AND $3 extra. The halls did smell like cigarettes and the ice machine had dirty ice...but overall it was clean and I would stay again. "

"We stayed here for my daughter’s cheer competition for 3 days. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early and the staff was amazing. We loved how there were discounts at neighboring stores for their guests. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer so we can really enjoy all amenities. "

"The staff was super kind and professional. This includes valet, porter, bar and reception. The hotel is in an ideal location. My only issue is that some guests don't know hotel etiquette - gregarious conversations need to be saved until you've left the hallways. So many adults talking in the hallway and random children running up and down the hallway."
