« The home was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the canal being right out the back door. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and enjoyed by everyone in our group. The common areas were spacious enough for family dinners, movie nights, and game nights. There were so many common areas that it also provided spaces for people to go if they wanted privacy for things such as reading. It was nice having access to all of the beach and pool toys. I definitely recommend. »

« Upon arrival the door code did not work so we had to use the garage code & luckily the house was unlocked so we could get inside. Then several appliances were not fully working or not working at all.The host answered in a very timely manor & worked to rectify our problems quickly. « Beach Dreams was an excellent choice for our group of 12 with room to spare. We were a very short walk to a beautiful beach with plenty of room to spread out even in the high season of July. The pool and hot tub were highlights as they were a great place to hang out for our varied age groups. The kitchen and entire home were well-stocked. « Great location right on the beach. The front room and ocean facing deck are the highlight. Some door handles need to be replaced, and some areas around the house need work, but it's a great house with plenty of space. »

« House was not clean, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen, cob webs in the corners of the bedrooms, mold markings around the vents, a dryer that takes forever to dry a load of towels, a vacuum that doesn’t work, and dirty hot tub water.
