10/10 Excellent
"This is a great place to stay with kids. Yhe hotel is at the end of the boardwalk which proved to be very quiet. The beach was very clean and not crowded ar all. The free movies in the family movie theater is a great bonus! There are plenty of swimming opportunities inside and outside. We came at the end of the summer season and were very pleased. The staff was attentive and helpful. Always friendly. The Blue Whale was a convenient and affordable option for lunch on our beach days. Kids eat free and the staff is also friendly. Food was good. The only downside was that the sliding doors to both of our balconies were very hard to open! We hope to come back!"

8/10 Good
"Stayed here with family from overseas. While our room was fine, theirs was not. The bathroom was dirty, the sink did not drain, and there was hair in the shower. I called the front desk and they promptly responded. The two elevators were extremely slow and parking for pick-up trucks is challenging and limited to the first parking level - no outdoor parking with the facility. Breakfast was your typical fare of eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, bread and bagels, peanutbutter, cereal, yogurt and milks. Fruit was mostly limited to oranges. No non-dairy milk or sugar free creamers. Staff is super friendly and very responsive to any concerns raised. The location of the facility and the views - amazing. Close to the pier and all the restaurants along the boardwalk. Easy walk to some of the newer entertainment and dining establishments, such as the Dome. We continue to return to this hotel for its prime location, the views, and the amazing staff."
