The beautiful open floor plan provides lots of space for the entire family to get together and share fun stories of the day’s beach adventures. Step out onto the wraparound, extra-large balcony that overlooks the great Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the sounds of the waves; watch the pelicans fly by in synchronized formation. Relax in one of the multiple lounger chairs or the four-piece outdoor patio set while sipping your morning coffee. Or after a long day at the beach, step outside for a cocktail and listen to the waves crash underneath you. You’ll spend endless hours enjoying the grand view from this private balcony, making you never want to leave. For the chef, there’s everything you could need to prepare outstanding meals, including enough gorgeous granite countertop space and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. In the gorgeous oceanfront main bedroom, we have provided outstanding comfort with a large king bed, a private bathroom suite, and a private entrance to the large outdoor oceanfront balcony. Included in the suite is a relaxing recliner chair, and bring what you want because there’s plenty of space for all of your items in the beautiful, large custom walk-in closet located just off the main bathroom suite. Bedroom 2 includes a spacious king bed, a beautiful private bathroom, a closet, a large dresser for all your clothing and travel essentials.. Plenty of room to relax after a great sun-filled day! Bedroom 3 has a comfortable queen bed, a small dresser, nightstands for storage, and a private bathroom suite. Another beautiful bedroom for your family to relax and sleep the day away! Bedroom 4 is perfect for the little ones! Furnished with two twin-size bunk bed sets, a tall dresser and closet, and a small TV, this room is just what the kiddos need to enjoy their special day! Lastly, this bedroom is situated adjacent to a full-size bathroom in the hall, so they have their own bath and shower. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers. All knives in kitchen were very dull and there were no paring knives. We like to cook and this was a bit of an issue. The condo was very comfortable but could use a bit of updating. Property fit description, beautiful condo. Clean on inside. Outside oceanfront porch was disgusting on arrival! Not touched prior to arrival and dirty! Property manager and on-site maintenance help tremendously to clean it up on day 2! Thank you or we were not able to use it. Then VACASA/owner got a power washer to our unit to do more clean up outside. Inconvenient to have done during stay BUT NEEDED IT AND WE APPRECIATED IT! At end of stay frig and microwave went..told they were going to replace it. No parts available, so done after we left. On site maintenance also came and cleaned out air conditioner vent in unit. All in all staff tended to our needs, upset it happened during our stay, the NEXT WEEKS vacationers should have been very happy. No compensation for our inconveniences. Beach was beautiful! I’ve been a Vacasa customer for a long time and rented in other states. Was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean. Although the check in process was confusing and hard to understand , once we got to the condo everything was as expected. Plenty of space and well equipped. I would imagine a large party might have trouble with only having 2 keys,but for us it was perfect. Beds were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Easy, quick access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, and imagine that staying during the summer months the pool access would also be a bonus! Overall we had a wonderful stay! The openness and windows at this corner unit allow you to see the view of the ocean all day! the decor was also cute , we have the same dining table in our home! The only few issues where the door didn’t lock in the master bedroom , you could tell the master bath had just had some updates as there was old curtain etc in the closet so didn’t seem usable and the check in process was a but confusing on where to go to get the paperwork as the notes we had still said it was a drive through pick up which was not the case, you had to go into the building. Feb 2, 2023 #### Nice The location to the beach was very nice, but I do have to say the place was pretty dirty. It looks like all of the bugs and dirt were swept to the edges of the rooms and the outside patio furniture was almost unusable. It was just thrown around with sand and mold and dirt all over it. The table and chairs were filthy. Spiderwebs everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the amenities worked well. Overall it was a nice week, just needed More attention to cleaning. Most of the grills did not work, and when we found one only half of the grill worked. Pools were nice to use, they were clean for the most part. ##### Andy D. The Sanctuary however was very infested with bugs , mosquitos, spiders , webs and bug dirt that we couldn't even sit on our patio. Mosquitos were entering our son's bedroom, their room window was in the hall and they were getting bit alive . Lack of regular maintenance , pressure washing and spraying for pests is evident . We paid to have a balcony with a view of the ocean and couldn't even sit outside because of the bug dirt, webs, spiders etc. It was atrocious. We called guest services the 1st day and they said someone would be out 1st thing in the morning. They didn't come. When I called in the evening they sent someone right away. A woman with a small buckets a rag and a dusting wand. She attempted to do what she could but the extent of the issue was much bigger than she could fix. We couldn't even sit outside . I am not a picky person nor do i like to send bad reviews. Others were complaining as well about the state of their outdoor space. The swim up bar has not apparently been open for several years which was a highlight and should be declared on the website. Lastly , you should consider keyless entry. 2 keys for a family of 8 with teens was ....rough 😆. ##### Charles G. Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Susan J. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrises and dolphins on the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and well organized. We wanted for nothing! Having four bedrooms each having its own bathroom was so nice for our other adult family members. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and challenging to get in. It would have been nice to have something to step onto to make it a little easier. All of the beds were comfortable and having linens and towels provided was an extra plus. Getting the tv on was difficult to figure out with the multiple remotes. It would be helpful to provide renters with instructions on how to work all of the electronics. The unit was very clean and orderly. It was easy access to the beach and the pool areas. Kitchen had most of the kitchen supplies you would need. We had 6 adults but only had 2 key passes which caused a lot of issues trying to get from point A to point B. We had difficulty with the internet connections everyday as it would stop or not work at all. We also had 3 cars with only 2 parking passes. It was difficult to find parking on the street as there was only a few places to look as you had to walk about a block away. We noticed that there were several empty spots in the garage. I was told I could ask security for another pass when I came. There was no one in security at the Sanctuary to ask. It would have been nice to be able to rent one of the empty spaces for a week instead of trying to find a parking spot. The biggest issue was there was a missing shutter on the master bedroom and it was to be repaired the day we came but no one came at all that week. I suggest that you need to have that repaired ASAP as the sun greets you at 6AM every morning whether you are ready to get up or not. Lastly the chairs on the deck need replaced or repaired. One of the adults was sitting on the chair and the screws broke and they fell backwards. We were very fortunate that he was not injured. I think someone needs to replace or repair the chairs. Overall we had a very good time.
