The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and private. As you enter 302 unit from its back stairs where you park on the ground floor, the small entry on this floor is first apartment: Two private queen bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, W/D, living area queen sofa bed, love seat, easy chair, breakfast table small kitchen, full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, many cooking appliances. Taking the stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath. Two queen bedroom with Jack and Jill shared bath, another W/D. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 75 in large TV, kitchen and living, fireplace, 4 chair dining room table, large cooking island with 8 high top chairs sofa, and easy chairs sofa and futon The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella, pergola, sofa and love seat, and Adirondacks seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV with one GIG Wi-Fi. Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels. Parking is ground floor under building 3 spots included, extra's if needed. The space is exactly as advertised, very close to the beach, spacious living spaces and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk to every restaurant and activity we went to for the weekend. There were beach buggies and chairs for use. Jon was a kind host. I think having a directions sheet for the house for some systems in the unit, i.e. firepit, air units, would be helpful since some of the directions were worn away. Yes it has 4 set of stairs but in my opinion they are easy to navigate. The rooftop patio was was a bonus. We experience a few hiccups with the internet which is need if yo want to watch tv on your down time but the owner was on too of it when i notified him. I will be book this rental next summer if its available in a heart beat. ##### John R. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up. ##### brandon m. The owner was very responsive to all our questions, which was a big help. We did find that having three floors vs. two was a bit much for some in our party but it worked out. It's a great location close to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted! ##### Kimberli C. There were alot of stairs in the home which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. The shower liner curtains could be replaced and better attention to detail on "unused" beds.
