The space is exactly as advertised, very close to the beach, spacious living spaces and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk to every restaurant and activity we went to for the weekend. There were beach buggies and chairs for use. Jon was a kind host. I think having a directions sheet for the house for some systems in the unit, i.e. firepit, air units, would be helpful since some of the directions were worn away. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up. ##### brandon m.
