It is located on Pacific and 24th which is very close to the Boardwalk and Walgreens is just across the street. Bring your own plates, forks, shampoo, etc. towels are provided. Security is active from evening to morning. So you can rest easy even being close to the beach crowd. The room was clean and it had a great little front porch to hang out and sip cocktails after the sun set. It is just one block from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants you can walk to. We stayed in an efficiency cottage. It was cute and extremely clean. It provided all we needed with a stovetop, microwave and small refrigerator for our 3 day stay. We brought our own pans, cooking utensils, and plates. The cottage was small yet had plenty of storage for kitchen items and clothing. The location was perfect with quick access to the beach and nearby stores. The room was great, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the staff great. Since it is owned and run by the same people that own the motel next door, we had the feel of a cottage stay with the benefits of a hotel.
