"Kinparo Hotel was exceptional. It’s rated a 3•.in Japan. But anywhere else it would be minimum 4* or 5*. Our room was beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains and ocean.it was a real treat to stay in this lovely hotel. It’s also only 10 min drive / shuttle bus from Kinosaki which a lovely spa / onsen town with weeping willows on s small canal. The hotel is a hidden gem. "

"Place is very convenient to restaurants and onsens. On our last day, when we returned to our room at 8.30am after breakfast, the futon beds were already stored away. Checkout time was 10am. We had to sit on the floor in the meantime. We were still paying guests and should not be subject to such discomfort in their eagerness to clean the room early."

She was always in a rush for no reason, did not show any interests in explaining the food for you and the worse part was when you asked her questions, she would turn her back and walked away from you while answering your questions— no interest in any interaction or conversation with the customers at all.
