« The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. « Like: Clean, easy rental, breakfast at cafe was nice Dislikes: coffee bar/game room was never open when we were at facility, no coffee in room, wooden deck three floors high was wobbly and absolutely not safe. It looks like they had tried to stabilize it, but it was not professionally done. Very obvious, and I wish I had remembered to take a picture. »

« This place has recently been renovated, but that being said you get what you pay for. For one night it would have been suffice but for more than that I’d maybe stay elsewhere. Beds weren’t very comfortable, one of ours squeaked and creaked with every turn. Guests were smoking right outside rooms with doors open so while the rooms may be labeled “non-smoking” they had a bit of smell. Breakfast was very basic but ok and they did keep things stocked well. »

« We stayed one night, the place was okay for the price. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the car alarm of one of the vehicles parked right outside our window. If we ever stay there again we will ask to stay on the second floor. There was also a lot of noise since people were walking in and out though the small hallway. The furniture is new and the restroom is well maintained as well. »

« Loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Morning staff was unseen. The 1st day there was no biscuits and gravy, which was disappointing. Rooms were nice and clean, but the bathtub needed replaced. Overall I would stay there again. »

« We stayed mother's day weekend. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. There was some kind of stain or something on the quilt that was on one of the beds and the beds were hard. We do not plan on staying here agian. »

« Plenty of parking, large hotel-3 building,everyone was nice and everything was clean, good selection at breakfast too. I will stay here again on my next trip to Branson »
