"The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. "This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back."

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was a bit confusing, but the property manager was available and very helpful. There was a lot of cat/dog hair left on bedding and furniture that created some allergy issues for my family and the wifi did not work despite restarting the router multiple times, but the property is beautiful with great amenities."

"Loved it here, the room was nice clean and cozy, the view was beautiful, and the staff, namely the girl working the front desk was amazing. I had asked for a wake up call at 4 am for 2 mornings and both times my phone ended up dying while i was asleep. She came and knocked on my door at 4 am both mornings when my phone was going straight to voicemail. Very sweet girl, very attentive, very conoassionate and attentive. She went above and beyond your necessary duties. Best service ive ever had staying at a hotel. I am appreciative and grateful of her and thankful bc i still have a job due ti her dedicated service. Ty sweet girl, i didn't get your name, but you are an angel. "
