\*The walk to the lake will be an adventure on an unmaintained trail through the woods (Army Corp of Engineers) and may be challenging for very young, disabled, or elderly. The beauty and privacy of the shoreline in front of the home is worth the adventurous, under 2 minute walk.  
\*Indoor stairs from the main level to the basement could be challenging for the very young, disabled, and elderly. There is a baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.  
\*Cell phone service is spotty, but Wifi is excellent and allows our cell phone to make phone calls without problem.

Returned again to celebrate the holidays at this wonderful home. The layout is great for families, view of the lake is wonderful- we even had good enough weather to use the kayaks!Highly recommend for a fishing trip, summer getaway or family gathering.

We loved the fully stocked kitchen and the living room and dining room. The lake view from the kitchen was a plus as well. We enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked more outdoor lighting on the deck and hot tub spaces. We loved the rocks point at the end of the cove on the left and the kayaks.

Property was exactly as advertised. End of a steep downhill dead end road. Large hole at the entry to driveway which is steep but plenty of parking - up to 5 vehicles - if you don't intend to play bags - as there is no other level place to play. The hot tub was great! The kitchen was well stocked, would suggest a couple larger non-stick fry pans but otherwise we had everything we needed to cook.Would also suggest more outside lights especially for the stairway leading from the upper deck to the lower decking hot tub. There is no level area in the yard (as advertised) and that leads on down to the shore area. I wouldn't recommend that climb if you're instead on your feet. One in our group took a kayak down 2 different times. Had a great time.

Amazing property! Beautiful house inside and out- felt very private but just minutes from grocery stores, marina and browns beach (for swimming). All my kids had a blast kayaking and swimming and fishing at the White River and at the Lake. House had plenty of deck space for relaxing with a great view, and we got prime seating on the hammock for spotting meteors during the Perseid shower. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would highly recommend!

#### Family Lake Trip Success!

This house was just perfect for our family. The large table on the deck and in the dining area hosted lots of cars playing and long chats. Preparing meals with plenty of plates and cups for everyone. We loved the privacy of the houses location and had the swimming cove to ourselves almost entirely. A few boats swung through to fish in early morning or float in the afternoon but never when we were in the water. The ice maker came in so handy and the spare fridge on the garage held our overflow drinks and essential ice cream! The entry to the water is really not that bad once you know where the spot is. Water shoes are a must! Kayaks were a hit and I loved that clean beautiful water!

Quiet end of the road location. The view is spectacular and all the wildlife made it feel like home. Andy was a great host and answered all questions. Lots of room for our dogs. Great spot to work from home. Will definitely be back next year for a longer stay!!

#### Cozy home with a lovely view

Our two families (8 pp, 6 adults and 2 kids) converged on this lovely home for our Christmas get together. The home worked very well for us-- four bedrooms and enough beds for everyone, great open living/dining/kitchen plan with a huge deck made hanging out and meals easy. Well stocked kitchen and an amazing view of the lake. Super clean and very functional- highly recommend especially when it's warm and lake is accessible!

#### A Perfect Get-Away

Celebrated Thanksgiving and a patriarchal birthday in this remote home. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 1 dog. So close to the lake, beautiful scenery, starry nights, and above all peace and quiet. The house is fully stocked and has no ridiculous rules. Would definitely recommend!

#### Great Property for A Quiet Stay

Overall the experience and communication was a big thumbs up. Great lake view with private back deck and private hot tub area. The walk to the lake is a bit on the harder side but worth a little adversity. Only a very minor issue in that the back deck lights would not work with multiple tries. Lights need to be fixed or replaced.

6 adults over 60… all of is enjoyed ourselves. My minor issues… 1) No screens on windows… could not let the great weather in, nor the bathroom air out 2) Only 1 of 4 hot tub jets worrked…part of the allure is the hot tub. Would have been nice if it functioned properly. 3) Damaged deck board right at the top center of the steps. Great view… very fairly priced.

This place is perfect for large groups and families! We stayed with our son/daughter in law plus their 2 kids and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone to be together or to enjoy some time alone, we will definitely recommend this place to others.
