We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful when it came to figuring out our events for the day. They gave great recommendations on where to eat but also offered great breakfast as well. We did laundry service with them and it was also very convienent and easy, it was nice to just come back after a long day to fresh, clean clothes. Thank you!

All the staff were top notch. They were all very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was very nice with an excellent view. I would stay here again if I returned to Sapa

9.2/10 Wonderful! (862 reviews)

I was shocked at the quality of this hotel when we arrived given all the high reviews. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standards, and truthfully the photos are quite deceiving. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The property itself is pretty run down, and our room was very very dated and in need of renovations. The curtains and towels had stains. The staff was very nice and helpful though, so this review is nothing on them. Just don't go in expecting a 5 star hotel experience.
