60 miles from Disney World, 41 miles from St Pete Beach, 13 miles to Busch Gardens and 9 miles from the great Ybor City night life  
 This is a quiet neighborhood, with a great deck out back shaded by 3 huge oaks.  
Sit and enjoy the Florida ambiance and maybe catch a glimpse of a manatee or dolphin swimming up river in the morning  
The property sleeps 6 comfortably, has plenty of space, large kitchen and fully functional office if needed
