Staff are helpful and friendly, check in and out was easy. Entire hotel is clean, buffet breakfast has amazing choices with so many cuisine types and fresh fruit and juices. Pool is large, a bit warmer water temperature will be better. The fitness gym is unbelievably full-size gym with all new pro-grade equipment unlike any other hotel gyms. Ideal location! Less than 10 minutes walk to MRT & LRT stations via fully covered pedestrIan bridge and to 1 Utama mall, a gigantic multi-storey mall with abundant choices for local and western food, retail stores including 2 large grocery stores. Pickleball players, option of outdoor covered or uncovered courts located at next door hotel 10 min walk from MWorld hotel. Perhaps, more restaurants serving local foods on site in the hotel will be great improvement .

The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel.

We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by. The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout. The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time.
