"Our reservation was cancelled. Was not informed until we arrived, after a 7 hour drive…. Their systems were down. So I cannot rate their facility as we could not stay"

"The stay was amazing with a very minor cleaning issues the stay was almost perfect . So many amenities and things to do For the whole family . "

"Take advantage of the bridge behind the hotel, up the stairs to wait for the tram to the Island or use the paved walkway (10 minute walk). Breakfast was a fantastic perk to purchase compared to other eateries, plus there is no charge for parking unlike some other hotels in the area. The staff is excellent!!"

"So the room was 350 a night for a basic room so we over paid what I felt as a tacky charge was the 15.00 a night parking fee this is just criminal they blamed it on the city which I know is bull I checked with other hotels in the area and they did not charge for parking "

"Maybe switch breakfast choices up for ppl that are staying more than three days also clean the pool more often "
