« I have stayed in this hotel twice primarily for the convenience of location to airport and many restaurants. As an IHG platinum member I was not recognized upon check in. I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning. I requested room on higher level at end of hall, however was given room 110 on second visit which I experienced same problem. Upon arrival the room appeared clean, yet it had a musty odor.
