"Staff were wonderful. Very helpful. Bad smell of drains in the room though. Even though the room was very clean. I feel that the club lounge facility was not as nice as when I stayed 15 years ago. The environment was much smaller and looked dated. The Okra restaurant was amazing. Food and service top notch. "

"Management could be more friendly and helpful. Every time we went out or came back they was no hello or hi. If we needed map to know what was around they gave us a map and that was it. They wont let us know what was around. The street people were more helpful than the hotel staff. "
