Pros 1) very good location to a lot of food areas and near to Xi Men surroundings 2) The staff is very helpful and polite. Excellent customer service. Con 1) The restaurant on the property is no longer in use. The area is being used for customers if they buy street food and want to eat at the property. 2) property pet cat roaming around the eating area (not a pet hater), just for hygiene purposes. Cat jumped up on the table while my family was having a late-night meal tired from the airport. 3) The property needs an upgrade urgently 4) roaches were roaming around 5) bedsheets need to be changed completely. The bed sheets were very old and one layer had a tear in the corner. 6) Rooms are very Dusty, you can see the dust flying under the ceiling lights. Property needs to install some air filters. 7) Unable to change the temperature to heater mode. Not very good place to stay. Rooms are worn and dirty. Bathroom not cleaned properly at all. And a big noisy construction site outside. Locationwise it's in the middle of Ximen, which is good. But for the price I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Can't understand the good ratings.
