The room is small and no window. I will not recommend this hotel to others. The service overall was okay, except when we were about to check in; the staff started panicking because 3 or 4 groups were checking in at the same time. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was peeling wallpaper and damaged walls. Our initial impression was already negative. Moreover, we discovered further damage under the desk. The most unsatisfying part was finding little fleas or ants all over the desks. The shower door couldn't open or close properly. Overall, it was just a bad experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly. Our room was dirty and moldy and the AC was just ok (it didn't seem cool enough to fully remove all of the humidity but it was fine for cooling the room somewhat). Our refrigerator was growing mold inside and didn't get cold. Our friend's room in the same hotel was much cooler so it probably was just our room. My daughters stayed in a separate room and their room had lightly reeked of cigarette smoke and was also quite dirty (don't look underneath the bed!). Although our room was very small and the floor and shower wall could use some maintenance, the hotel elevator was fast andcl the hotel is very close to the subway line. Shower pressure, temperature and intensity was great as was the mattress.
