« We absolutely loved staying at Kevin’s place, it really was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, and we loved how dark and quiet it was in the morning. Being away from the elevator made a big difference too I think, and even though it’s a bit of a longer walk from the elevators, we didn’t mind at all. « Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! »

« What an awesome place to stay. We loved it! The hub coffee shop is right outside the front door. Everything was in walking distance. The town of Grand Lake is a beautiful place to visit. »

« Pool / hot tub facility was spacious and clean. The onsite restaurant had great food and attentive staff. Close to Granby Ranch ski resort (5-10 min). Room amenities all worked fine (thermostat, TV with streaming video, microwave, mini-fridge). »
