If you’re a light sleeper then you will probably need an ear plug to drown out the noise from the railroad and clicking sounds from the heater. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable enough. Did enjoyed the smokeless fireplace. Convenient to all the fun in Fraser/Winter Park such as skiing, snowmobiling , and sledding. The grounds and exterior of the complex were very worn. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Small things easy to fix: Toilet paper was thin and scratchy😬. . Also, if you use Kleenex, bring it with you. My one complaint is there was a consistent clicking sound coming from the heater that I could not figure out how to turn off and it prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.
