The refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it at night to sleep. The facility already knew about the problem, but did not fix it while we were there. The first evening we asked for some blankets and pillows, they arrived two days later. The beds are pretty firm, like sleeping on the floor. The beds also squeak everytime you move. These are all minor things, but combined make for a less than desirable experience. Great location, just across the street from the main lift. Everything about this property and our stay there was great. The unit was in great condition, it felt like a true home away from home. The views of the village and the resort were awesome and it was literally steps away from the village. The only minor challenge was accessing the parking garage on occasion. The cleaning service could do a better job of vacuuming and general cleaning, but there was nothing gross. Kitchen was adequately appointed and towels and sheets were nice. The unit could use an upgrade in TVs (low resolution only cable, no access to Netflix etc).
