Très sale et malpropre. Le déjeuner manquait de tout, pas de bagel, pas muffin, pas de pain. Bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (618 reviews)
So I loved the staff and will be staying there again. Having a hot tub on site was SO NICE. However. The pool room was honestly a little gross. The pool wasnt very clear, there were lump of peoples hair on the floor all over the place, and the layer of scum I could feel on my body after being in the pool and spa was more notable than I've experience before. I immediately showered and scrubbed the heck out of my feet in fear of athletes foot, and I absolutely recommend you do the same. The food was so good, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was so helpful. It just loses a whole star because of the cleanliness of the pool room. Will I be staying again? Absolutely. Will I use the pool and spa? Yes, yes I will. I just wish it was a bit cleaner and then it'd be my favorite stay in Upstate.

All was okay for an overnight trip. Hotel undergoing renovations so the attendant inconveniences. It'll be great when the work is completed, no doubt.
