"Get a map of the rooms because this one has even and odds…Followed the signs and my mom with the walker had to walk around an entire floor looking for our room. Other guests were complaining as well in the elevator. They need to be taken care of."

"If you want to step back into 1977 Long Island, this is your place. Really disappointing. First entire day we had no hot water in the shower. Finally we had to change rooms. What a hassle. Hotel didn’t even apologize…or offer to help us move our stuff. Fridge in the room didn’t work and there was no way to adjust the lukewarm temperature. Be careful of the hot tub…looked dirty…lots of little things floating around in it. You really get nothing except your room. The lady in the coffee shop is a gem though…seems like she was the only one who smiled in the whole building…such a character. Location was really good for if you are golfing at Bethpage. But next one I would get a house rental in one of the neighborhoods around the golf course."

I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"

"We stayed one night while in town for a wedding. Convenient location to the LIE. Rooms were clean and up to date. We did not utilize any facilities or have the breakfast in the morning but there is a nice bar/lounge area in the lobby that looked nice. "
