The room condition was impeccable and the entire facility was very well maintained and clean. The check in attendant was particularly pleasant and considerate.

The staff was super helpful!

Better than my expectations for a corporate hotel. Very clean despite some of the fixtures being older. Lovely bath and the epsoms salts were a nice touch. Friendly staff. But I would skip the hotel bar.

Excellent

Wonderful location, excellent staff, and a great room. What more could you ask for?

Convenient and good for what we needed

The room was spacious and well appointed and the staff were very kind and accommodating!

The Hyatt Regency Sydney met all our expectations. We were happy that we were able to check in a couple of hours early since we had arrived after a 21 flight. I left an item in the room and after an email I was told that that they had it and would make arrangements to return it to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is close to the cruise port / airport. And the hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The subway and bus system is an excellent way to get around and see the city. There’s groceries and restaurants just as close. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. An absolutely unforgettable stay! The unmatched, panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House directly from our room were worth every penny—waking up to that sight every morning was magical. The staff provided warm and attentive service from start to finish, the room was incredibly comfortable. If you are visiting Sydney, staying here for the views alone is an absolute must!

Clean comfortable room. Exactly as advertised.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities, like gym, pool and sauna. Close to a mall which has great selection of food and grocery.

Hotel was great for our 1 night stop over in Sydney. We walked from the airport which was super convenient. The room was really clean and very spacious. We paid for the buffet breakfast in the morning which had a great selection of food and coffee. Would definitely stay again.
