I have no complaints. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Europe, this was by my favorite. I chose a lake view room and from My balcony I could see right over to Evian. Every staff member was beyond helpful from getting me in for dinner when I didn’t have a reservation to arranging an early morning taxi for me. They even indulged me practicing my terrible French with them. I plan on visiting Lausanne at least once a year to visit friends and I will always stay at De La Paix
