I absolutely loved the staff and their customer service. But other than that it is basically a 3 star hotel.

Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow—what can I say? This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After our experience here, it truly made the hotel we stayed at in St. Moritz pale in comparison. If you’re looking for a place with stunning mountain views, a beautiful terrace, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to stay. After a long day of exploring, the spa was the perfect way to unwind, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Overall great experience at Hotel Ambassador. The property is very neat and clean, and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Best of all, it's located right next to the train station, restaurants, and shopping market. Perfect place to stay in Zermatt!
