« We spent the weekend of the 4th at Ryan’s place. It worked really well for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had more family nearby hosting most of the family events. But the place has pretty much everything we needed. « Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. « The location is very close to food and a short walk to the water. The limited street parking, which is noted in the listing is less than ideal as you can’t really get close to the front door with the homeowner of another property and the other what I assume rental property next door. « The property was very nice and the location was great for visiting both Salem and Boston. Unfortunately the listing on VRBO wasn't accurate as to what the property was. When the host was contacted about the discrepancy a full refund was offered. We did not take him up on that and stayed anyway. The listing was changed in VRBO almost immediately after I brought up the issue. All in all we had a great time in the area and I would recommend visiting to anyone. »
