Overall great!!!

The staff were AMAZING! I felt like part of the family. Very clean rooms. Nicely updated. The pool seems like it could use some work but everything else was perfect!

Was very impressed with the room and staff was always friendly!

Pleasantly surprised! Booked for a concert for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot breakfast and hot dinner were included in our room and were so good! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy!

Our experience was excellent; the service quality, the food, and the heated pool all fully met our expectations

The place was so nice I almost felt bad leaving to spend a day in the mountains. With all the amenities and perks its basically a resort.

Great property and location. Very clean and all staff were excellent and helpful. Room was super clean and set up so nice. Food at the restaurants in the hotel was excellent. Memorable. Staff so nice and fun. Will be back

Very good

Loft was clean, bright and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were always friendly and check in was quick. I will definitely be back!!

I am very happy that I booked this accommodation. I really enjoyed the nature around the lodging and the room was lovely. It was nice to have a small kitchen in the room. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I was staying in a building with several units. In the future I would stay in an upstairs unit or a stand alone cottage. There was someone above me who walked very heavy on their feet. Saving grace was that we were on the same schedule. I would definitely stay at this place again,

I have stayed in the hotel before and the experience was great again. My family and I shared a 2 bedroom suite and it is great. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful, lots of choices. The lobby/breakfast area could us a refresh. It is looking a little shabby with some chairs and tables missing and things appear a bit worn. The evening reception they host on Mon-Wed is a wonderful bonus to our stay. Our bathroom sink and shower weren't draining well and it was taken care of right away...

Great new hotel, awesome location. Very comfortable bed.

Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast and nice amenities
